fantastic stay with great views
large room welsh cakes fresh milk sea view
i found the room large and comfortable. it included welsh cakes as well as biscuits. fresh milk juice and yoghurt were in the fridge. the sea view was a plus.
parking nearby proved challenging given the area's popularity i had to walk a bit to find a space.

the communication was clear throughout my stay. the owners clearly thought about every little detail. they provided breakfast snacks and various teas and coffee.

excellent stay with thoughtful touches
great location lovely view breakfast cereal great start
the location was great. i appreciated the view from the top floor as it was lovely. i also found breakfast cereal, welsh cakes, butter, jam, and juice all very good. the hotel provided a great start to my days here.
the host did not inform about recent changes regarding parking fees, and failed to correctly inform us but did not even apologize

the hotel featured a fridge which was very handy for storing snacks. there was also private check-in because of a key from a lock box outside that let you in. the spot was quiet due to controlled heating.

check-in instructions were clear and helpful. the owner was friendly and always happy to assist me with questions. i received quick and useful responses when i needed help with directions.

fresh milk lovely chairs
The room was spacious. It had a lovely touch for breakfast with fresh milk and Welsh cakes. I found an iron and hairdryer. I loved the chairs to relax in.
The host informed us that pay and display parking was available nearby. he did not apologize that there was a recent change and no charge for parking in that area.

sagging mattress missing apology
The host mentioned nearby pay and display parking existed 50 meters away. I found the lot and a spot but no pay station existed. The host said there was a recent change to not charge but did not apologize for not informing me. The bed was uncomfortable with a sagging mattress and thin pillows. An impractical painting stretched down to pillow level preventing sitting up in bed.

Adequate stay, some issues
dog friendly treats provided sagging mattress uncomfortable pillows
The host was lovely and very dog friendly (treats were even provided).
The bed was quite uncomfortable with a slightly sagging mattress and thin, lumpy pillows. (I really struggled to get a good night's sleep). Parking was also a major issue as finding a safe and secure spot within 500 meters of the hotel proved impossible.

big bathroom breakfast item extra coffee full lot busy road host apology
The room featured a big bathroom with a sizable bath plus a big shower. Breakfast items were in a little kitchen area. There was loads of coffee, tea and milk provided. Extra coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were left on the landing area with a few apples.
The host stated parking was available very close by. I found the lot completely full. I had to travel further along a busy road to find a spot. The host did not apologize.
